at www.bkbikes.com Favorite Ride: Haggy Bike Setup: road & mtb Summary: I have used this jacket for years. It rules. It is the heavest (cold weather) garmet that Assos makes. Wear it on the coldest days. I even use it off the bike when it gets cold. Strengths: Works perfest when it gets cold... Weaknesses: does't work for warmer days Similar Products Used: ALL

at ribble uk Favorite Ride: Following the circus Bike Setup: Trek Ult/D-Ace mix Summary: Gator jacket comes with a fleece lining, which is nice and snug when you step out the front door. Trouble is, after 5 miles it feels like a sauna in there. So you open up the neck...and freeze, then zip it up and cook, then open...
Too warm, way way too warm. It needs to be about freezing point before this jacket feels comfortable.
So I buy the most expensive piece of cycling kit in the world, then cut the lining out; way to go Ol. Strengths: Warm as a Professor of Warmth at Warm University, with a big log fire.
Looks good though. Weaknesses: Too warm.
The pockets will hold a credit card; anything else makes them sag like an elephants underwear. Similar Products Used: Lots of windstopper stuff.
