    Summary:
Stem is pretty excellent in all regards. Only reason I am writing this is to worn about the soft allen screws. Both my face plate screw heads stripped. And yes I was using the correct size and being careful. Only happened after I removed it a few times to adjust height. Not a huge issue, but thought I would let people know.
